Shepherd’s Lot, The

A companion piece to Schubert’s Shepherd on the Rock, this set of three songs (with an Intermezzo for piano) uses poems by William Blake: 1. The Shepherd, 2. Love’s Secret, (3. Intermezzo,) 4. Spring. Commissioned for the European Concert Trio by Harald Gibson, ECT gave the first three performances in February 2016.
